Do you come to private homes and Airbnbs?

Yes, We do provide services for homes and Airbnb Rentals.

Deposits

Deposits are due at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the scheduled setup.

Travel clients are required to pay the full balance one (1) week in advance.

How far in advance do I book?

We suggest you book two weeks in advanced or as soon as possible. However, we will take bookings as quickly as 72 hours if the requested time and date is available. Please understand some add-on may not be available if you do not book two weeks in advanced.

Rush Fee / Last-Minute Bookings

Any bookings made less than 4 days in advance will be subject to a rush fee.

Please understand that last-minute requests may be limited to supplies currently available, including balloon colors, florals, and specialty items.

Do I have to know my exact hotel and room number when I book?

Clients are not required to provide hotel details at the time of booking. However, the hotel name, guest name on the reservation, and room number (if available) must be provided no later than 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled setup. The client is responsible for notifying the hotel and authorizing Aliyah Sade LLC or Aliyah Sade for room access. Failure to do so may result in delayed or canceled services without refundIs my deposit refundable?

No. All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your date and cover preparation, materials, and design time.

What areas do you service?

Our main service areas are MD, DC ,Northern VA.

**All areas outside Baltimore city have a base Travel Fee.

What if I need to cancel?

If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you may be eligible to reschedule. The new date must be selected within 24 hours of cancellation and may be scheduled up to 6 months from the original event date, based on availability.

How will you get into my room?

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that we have access to your suite! We can NOT check in for you. These are our acceptable methods to gain access to your room. 

1. You can add us to the reservation

2. We can meet you at your setup time and you provide us with a key.

3. You can provide us with your lock code
